The Company yesterday received notification that Rock Holdings Limited holds a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company. The holding of 8,228,357 Ordinary Shares represents approximately 4.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company also received notification yesterday that Arron Banks and Paul Chase Gardener no longer hold notifiable interests in the Company.
